INSIDE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a detail oriented, motivated individual to fill the position of Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative. Prior textile or industrial experience a plus.

The position will support our Industrial Sales Division in receiving and processing sales orders and customer returns; working with customers on existing and new product development to increase sales; setting up and maintaining new accounts/customer files; generating and following up sample requests and quotes; providing professional, timely and accurate inforamtion regarding order status, product availability and shipping details; resolving and following up on complaints.

This position requires strength in customer relations, problem resolution and time management. The ideal candidate will have prior inside sales/customer service experience with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key. Must be proactive, organzied, energetic and be able to multitask. Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook experience required.
